I built PAL, an internal knowledge and workflow system on Amazon Quick, around the decisions producers actually need to make.

The challenge
Guidance was spread across documents, processes and people. A useful answer needed context, a clear source and an actionable next step.
My contribution
Knowledge architecture, source priorities, response behavior, workflow design and hands-on team enablement. I built and refined PAL as part of daily production work.
